Food Certified Herb Scissors
Herbs are a delicate cutting material. Their leaves and stems are tender and sensitive, they should not be squished or they lose their aroma prematurely. Rosemary or thyme can only be divided with a strong cut. We offer kitchen scissors specifically designed for herbs that can do both: soft and strong – the herb scissors.
Thanks to the ergonomically shaped and food certified plastic handles, the herb scissors from PAUL Scissors always fit comfortably in your hand. The blades are made from rust-resistant Solingen stainless steel, and the serrated edge ensures precise cutting without crushing. This aroma-preserving technique allows herbs to fully unfold their flavor in every dish. Compared to knives, you can cut herbs faster and more easily with the herb scissors. An adjustable screw ensures the correct tension and smooth action. All our kitchen scissors are hygienic, hypoallergenic, and acid-resistant.

Flower stems or hearty herbs, roses, small branches, leaves, or blossoms – the sharp, sturdy blade cuts through greenery in the garden or on the balcony with minimal effort. More demanding cutting tasks such as clipping blossoms and shoots, cleaning flower stems for the vase, cutting vines, or shaping boxwood or bonsai are easily handled by these flower shears with their specially ground blade. Our robust flower shears, made of rust-resistant stainless steel, distribute the necessary force evenly with an elegant gearing mechanism.
The lock with its small return spring can be operated with the thumb of the same hand. The handles, made from shock- and break-resistant plastic, always fit comfortably in your hand. The sharp blade ensures a precise cut without crushing the cutting material. By the way, every flower shears comes with a free replacement part set!

Care Tips for Optimal Sharpness of Scissors
The scissors would survive a round in the dishwasher, but they are best cleaned with warm water and a little dish soap. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh cleaners to prevent damage to the material, ensuring the scissors maintain their sharpness for a long time. Occasionally, adding a drop of PAUL Care Oil to the screw slot and between the scissors halves made of high-quality stainless steel ensures smooth cutting action.
If the Herb Box scissors no longer cut optimally over time due to thick materials or frequent use, we offer a special service: we sharpen and repair the scissors for you or deliver the matching replacement parts – for more sharpness and sustainability.
