Food-certified herb shears
Thanks to their ergonomically shaped and food-certified plastic handles, the herb shears from the PAUL scissor manufactory fit comfortably in the hand. The blades are made of stainless Solingen steel, and the serrated edge ensures precise cutting without crushing. This aroma-preserving technique allows herbs to develop their full flavour in every dish. Compared to knives, herb shears allow you to cut herbs faster and with greater ease. Care tips for maintaining the sharpness of your herb shears
While the herb shears can survive a trip in the dishwasher, they are best cleaned with warm water and a bit of dish soap. Avoid scouring sponges and harsh cleaners to preserve the material and enjoy long-lasting sharpness. Occasionally applying a drop of PAUL care oil to the screw slot and between the stainless steel shear halves will ensure smooth cutting.
