The blades of these detachable kitchen scissors are made from stainless, especially hard Solingen knife steel, ensuring long-lasting cutting quality. They feature a single-sided special grind for clean cuts and strong cutting power all the way to the tips. Especially when cutting meat, vegetables, or herbs, the PAUL kitchen scissors make all the difference. They also cut through plastic or paper packaging and cardboard with ease. With an optional, fine micro-serration, the material stays in place, preventing slipping during cutting. This added grip is particularly useful when cooking. The leverage function allows you to easily disassemble and clean the scissors.
The notch in the middle of the handles helps with opening twist caps or cracking nuts. A flexibly adjustable screw ensures the perfect tension and smooth operation. The scissors have shock- and break-resistant, ergonomic plastic handles that are food-safe certified. All our kitchen scissors are hygienic, anti-allergenic, and acid-resistant.

Although these scissors can handle a dishwasher cycle, they are best cleaned with warm water and mild dish soap – made easy thanks to the leverage function. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh cleaners to protect the materials and ensure long-lasting sharpness. Occasionally applying a drop of PAUL care oil to the screw slot and between the stainless steel blades keeps cutting smooth and easy.
