Detachable kitchen scissors – ergonomic and ultra-sharp
The blades of these detachable kitchen scissors are made of rustproof, extra-hardened Solingen stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting cutting performance. A special single-sided grind delivers smooth, powerful cuts right to the tip. Whether cutting meat, herbs, or vegetables – you’ll notice the quality of PAUL scissors immediately. Even plastic, cardboard, or paper packaging is no match.
An optional micro-serration keeps materials firmly in place while cutting – adding extra grip that’s especially handy when cooking. The leverage function allows you to easily dismantle and clean the scissors after use.
The groove in the center of the handles helps open jar lids or crack nuts. An adjustable screw ensures ideal tension and smooth operation. The handles are ergonomically shaped, impact-resistant, and food-safe certified. All our scissors are hygienic, hypoallergenic, and acid-resistant.

Care tips for maintaining sharpness
While these scissors can handle a dishwasher cycle, they are best cleaned with warm water and a little dish soap – the leverage function makes it quick and easy. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh cleaners to protect the material and maintain sharpness.
Now and then, add a drop of our PAUL scissor oil into the screw slot and between the stainless steel blades – for consistently smooth cutting action.
If the scissors dull over time or get damaged, we offer a special service: we’ll sharpen and repair them or provide replacement parts – for more sharpness and sustainability.
