Versatile scissors for the kitchen

The blades are made of stainless and particularly hard Solingen stainless steel. A two-surface special grind ensures a clean cut and high cutting power right to the tips. Plastic or paper packaging and cardboard can be opened effortlessly. With the optional micro-serration, the material is held in position, preventing slipping while cutting and offering more grip. The recess in the middle of the handle is helpful for opening twist-off caps or cracking nuts.

The kitchen scissors now feature a rustproof screw – for even more durability, corrosion resistance, and hygiene in everyday kitchen use. The adjustable screw ensures the right tension and smooth movement. The kitchen scissors have impact- and break-resistant, ergonomic plastic handles. All our kitchen scissors are hygienic, anti-allergenic, and acid-resistant. For special requirements, we also offer the same model in a version with a leverage function, which allows the scissors to be easily dismantled for cleaning. Care tips for maintaining the optimal sharpness

While the Mix & Match kitchen scissors can survive a round in the dishwasher, they are best cleaned with warm water and a little dish soap. Avoid scouring pads and harsh cleaners to protect the materials and maintain optimal sharpness over time. Occasionally applying a drop of PAUL care oil into the screw slot and between the high-quality stainless steel blades ensures smooth cutting action.
