It is therefore no coincidence that the name Paul stands for competence and quality in over seventy countries. This, due to the fact that each individual processing stage is carried out in our manufactory in Harsefeld. Each scissor blade and every handle pass through numerous experienced hands, whose patience and diligence furnish them with the utmost precision.
