This medium-sized carving knife made from high-quality, stainless steel is a strong and versatile kitchen tool. The historic “PAUL Spezial” logo and “STAINLESS STEEL” stamp are featured on the front—a true treasure from our manufactory, as this knife was part of our range decades ago. Its precision edge ensures long-lasting sharpness and clean cuts. The top of the blade is slightly arched in the center. The ergonomic handles are made from fine rosewood, offering a comfortable grip while cutting. Please note: due to long-term storage, minor scratches and marks may be present. However, these do not affect the knife’s cutting performance.
