This medium-sized carving knife made of high-quality, stainless steel is a versatile and robust kitchen tool. The historic logo “PAUL Spezial” and the “EDELSTAHL rostfrei” (stainless steel) marking are featured on the front – a true treasure from our manufactory, as this knife was part of our product range decades ago. Its precision-ground blade ensures lasting sharpness and clean cuts you’ll enjoy for a long time. The top edge of the blade is slightly curved in the center. The ergonomic handles are made from the noble wood “Palisander” (rosewood) and offer a pleasant grip while cutting. Please note that due to long storage time, this rare find may show minor scratches and nicks. These do not affect its cutting performance.

Einfach das schärfste Messer
Wirklich der wahnsinn wie einfach man mit diesem Messer Fleisch schneiden kann! Kein zerdrücktes Fleisch mehr, das Messer gleitet einfach durch!
