This horse scissors is made of rust-free Solingen knife steel and specially designed for sharp cutting and grooming of strong tail hair. Thanks to the elaborate, double-faceted grind, this tail scissors is extraordinarily sharp and ensures long-lasting cutting pleasure. A fine micro-serration additionally provides better grip when cutting the tail, preventing the scissors from slipping. For more safety during cutting, the tips of the scissors are rounded. The Premium Tail Scissors is a high-quality horse accessory for frequent use and demanding stable tasks.
Comfortable Handling and Long-Lasting Cutting Performance
The asymmetrically shaped, ergonomic handles made of break- and impact-resistant plastic lie well and securely in the hand. The handles are injection-molded directly onto the blades, ensuring a particularly hygienic and stable connection. The flexibly adjustable screw joint allows optimal tension adjustment, smooth operation, and thus ensures consistently good cutting performance. By the way: We also offer this tail scissors for left-handers!

Care Tips for Optimal Sharpness of the Tail Scissors
Although the tail scissors would survive a round in the dishwasher, they clean best with warm water and some dish soap. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh cleaners to protect the material and enjoy optimal sharpness for a long time. Occasionally applying a drop of PAUL care oil into the screw slot and between the halves of the scissors made of high-quality stainless steel ensures smooth, easy cutting.
If after a long time the tail scissors no longer cut optimally, wear out due to strong tail hair (e.g., Norwegian horses), or get damaged, use our special service: we sharpen and repair scissors gladly or supply you with suitable spare parts – for more sharpness and sustainability.
Optimal storage for scissors is also taken care of: In cooperation with the atelier of Sibilla Pavenstedt, we developed high-quality scissor cases handcrafted by the non-profit association “Made auf Veddel” in Hamburg. In addition to the cases, you will also find a storage pouch for smaller scissors, handmade by the atelier “CARLITOS handmade”.

Geniale Schere! Hält was sie verspricht und mehr!
Die beste Schweifschere auf dem Markt! Die Einzige, die wie Butter durch das extrem dicke Langhaar meines Spaniers schneidet. Ich musste sie schon mehrmals zweckentfremden, da ich keine bessere Schere als diese besitze. Habe damit viele Quadtratmeter Teppichboden geschnitten und verlegt. Sie ist immer noch sehr scharf und hat sich im Stall schon herumgesprochen, sodass ich sie regelmäßig verleihen muss :)

Haben diese Schere unserer Stallbesitzerin zum Geburtstag geschenkt und seitdem gibt es keine schief geschnittenen Schweife mehr am Stall!

Tolle Schere und super schönes Geschenk!
Einfach ein tolles Geschenk für jeden Pferdemenschen! Kann man definitiv immer gebrauchen und dank Gravur weiß jeder wem sie gehört! Aber wirklich selten hat auspacken so viel Spaß gemacht, auch als Erwachsener. Ganz großes Lob ans gesamte Team !

Friese frisieren kein Problem mehr!
Wir sind super zufrieden mit der Schweifschere. Durch den dicken Schweif kein Problem. Auch ein filigraner Schnitt am Bein-Behang macht super viel Spaß. Zudem passt die Schere dank der Gravur perfekt zum Pferd! Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Tolle Schere, sieht super aus, liebevoll verpackt
Die Scheren von Scherenpaul sind immer liebevoll verpackt und mit der Wunschgravur sehen sie einfach auch toll aus und man kann jeder Schere eine persönliche Note verleihen. Auch ein tolles Geschenk! Die Scherenmanufaktur bietet auch einen supertolllen Service an, mit den Gravuren und auch insgesamt. Schweif schneiden war immer ein Krampf und jetzt gehts ganz easy und ich freue mich jedes Mal, wenn ich die schöne Schere benutzen kann :D

Großartig! Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
Ich nutze die Schere bei meinem Fjord als Mähnenschere. Bisher haben da alle Scheren versagt, nun habe ich endlich die perfekt Schere, welche ich auch noch gravieren lassen konnte, gefunden! Eine absolute Kaufempfehlung!
