We've discovered some wonderful treasures that deserve a second chance. These scissors didn’t quite meet our high-quality standards due to minor visual imperfections – but it’s exactly those small flaws that make them unique.

These scissors may have the following flaws:

• Uneven coloring
• Small scratches on the blades and handles

The Premium Paper Scissors by the PAUL scissor manufactory are made of rust-free Solingen blade steel and feature a meticulous, two-surface faceted grind that ensures lasting and exceptional sharpness. The straight lower edge stays firmly in place while cutting – the longer the stainless steel blade, the less frequently you need to re-position, resulting in a cleaner cutting line. The handles are ergonomically and slightly asymmetrically shaped, allowing the scissors to glide smoothly with little effort and no hand fatigue. Made of impact- and break-resistant plastic, the handles are injection-molded directly onto the blades. The adjustable tension screw ensures optimal tension, smooth operation, and long-lasting cutting performance.

Care tips for long-lasting sharpness of the 2nd Choice Paper Scissors

While the 2nd Choice Premium Paper Scissors would technically survive a cycle in the dishwasher, they are best cleaned with warm water and a bit of dish soap. Avoid scouring pads and harsh cleaners to prevent damage to the material and to ensure long-lasting sharpness. Occasionally adding a drop of PAUL care oil into the screw slot and between the stainless steel blades keeps the scissors gliding smoothly.
