Because these detachable kitchen scissors are a practical all-rounder that provides reliable service from cooking to cutting herbs and is child's play to clean thanks to its special lever-out function. There is no risk of injury here: the two halves only lever out when they are completely spread out and at an angle that is not reached during a normal cutting process.

Divisible kitchen scissors with comfortable handling
Their scissor blades are made of rustproof and particularly hard stainless steel. A special single-surface grind delivers a clean cut as well as a high cutting force right into the tips. Plastic or paper packages and cardboard boxes can be opened without any problems. The lever-out function allows the scissors to be easily dismantled and cleaned. With the optional micro serration, the cut material is additionally held in position so that slipping away during cutting is avoided. The recess in the middle of the handle is helpful when opening twist locks or cracking nuts. The scissors have break-proof, ergonomic plastic handles and they are available in different colours. All our kitchen scissors are hygienic, anti-allergenic, rust-free and acid-resistant.

Care tips for the optimum sharpness of the kitchen scissors
The kitchen scissors with lever function would survive a round in the dishwasher, but they are best cleaned with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. Scouring sponges and harsh cleaners should be avoided so that the material is not damaged and you benefit from optimum sharpness for a long time. Putting a drop of PAUL care oil into the screw slot and between the scissor halves made of high-quality stainless steel every now and then always ensures pleasantly smooth cutting.
