Those who like to cook can’t do without poultry shears. The shears enable perfect preparation of uncooked poultry and are ideal for subsequently carving roast chicken, turkey, duck or goose. Its bone-breaker function makes it possible to effortlessly separate poultry bones from cartilage.
This poultry shears is especially long and the blade movement is supported by a recoil spring – the transfer of force is therefore particularly efficient and the poultry can be cut with ease.
The ergonomic and cohesive plastic handles also give improved support during cutting and are suited for individuals with smaller hands. The contoured surface prevents slipping even when hands are wet or greasy. The plastic handles, which are injection-moulded directly onto the blades and certified for use with foods, ensure a particularly hygienic connection and a highly stable and comfortable cutting sensation. The blades of this poultry shears are produced from rust-free stainless steel. The stable, adjustable screw connection provides an ideal pivot point and the tension setting can be readjusted at any time after intensive use to restore cutting ease. In addition, the special double-edge serrated blades ensure that the poultry is held in the optimal position.
The spring of this shears is a replaceable part, available on order.
