The easy way to prepare fish
Fresh fish demands special attention during preparation: scales must be removed, bones cut and fins clipped; the fish is gutted, filleted and divided up into individual portions. The fish shears, also known as fin shears, optimally assists you with these work steps.
The rust-free stainless steel blades of this fish shears are equipped with a coarsely serrated, specially ground faceted-edge blade, which makes this shears well-suited for large fish.
The stable, adjustable screw connection provides an ideal pivot point and the tension setting can be readjusted at any time after intensive use to restore cutting ease. The break-proof plastic handles, which are injection-moulded directly onto the blades and certified for use with foods, are firmly, permanently and hygienically attached to the blades. The convenient leveraging effect provides an even cutting movement that requires minimal force and the shears can be held comfortably and securely. All of our kitchen shears are hygienic, anti-allergenic and acid-resistant.
