Those who like to cook, have friends over for dinner or prepare seasonal holiday meals can’t do without poultry shears. This fully forged poultry shears is the popular classic: sturdy, efficient and indestructible. The shears enable perfect preparation of uncooked poultry and are ideal for subsequently carving roast chicken, turkey, duck or goose. Its bone-breaker function makes it possible to effortlessly separate poultry bones from cartilage. A small groove in the blade is practical for securely holding the poultry bone in place during cutting.
The forged blades in rust-free stainless steel have a specially serrated edge to keep the cutting goods in the optimal position and allow the fat to drain off. The contoured surface of the forged handles provides them with a secure hold. The blade movement is supported by a recoil spring – the transfer of force is therefore particularly efficient for carving ease. The spring is a replaceable part.
