The shears enable perfect preparation of uncooked poultry and are ideal for subsequently carving roast chicken, turkey, duck or goose. Its bone-breaker function makes it possible to effortlessly separate poultry bones from cartilage.
This poultry shears is produced from rust-free stainless steel. The plastic handles, which are injection-moulded directly onto the blades, ensure a particularly hygienic connection and a highly stable and comfortable cutting sensation. The adjustable screw guarantees the right tension setting, smooth cutting action and sustainable cutting performance. The spring of this shears is a replaceable part, available on order. In addition, the special double-edge serrated blades ensure that the cutting goods are kept in the optimal position and allow the fat to drain off.
