These long kitchen scissors are a real all-rounder that provides reliable services from cooking to cutting herbs. Their extra-long blades - on which the Safari engravings are particularly well accentuated - are made of stainless and particularly hard Solingen knife steel. Thanks to the single-surface special grind, these kitchen shears deliver a clean cut, as well as a high cutting force right into the tips. With the optional micro serration, the cut material (such as meat) is additionally held in position and provides a good grip when cutting.

The recess in the center of the handle is helpful when opening twist locks or cracking nuts. A flexibly adjustable screw always ensures the correct tension setting and an easy walk. The ergonomic plastic handles of the long kitchen shears are food certified and break and impact resistant. All our kitchen scissors are hygienic, anti-allergenic and acid resistant.

Care tips for the optimal sharpness of the long kitchen scissors
The kitchen scissors would survive a round in the dishwasher, but they clean best with warm water and a little detergent. Abrasive sponges and sharp cleaners should be avoided so that the material is not damaged and you benefit from optimal sharpness for a long time. Putting a drop of PAUL care oil into the screw slot and between the scissor halves made of high-quality stainless steel every now and then always ensures pleasantly smooth cutting.
