Mane and tail of horse or pony need regular care and want to be brought for tournaments in shape. And that's exactly what these shears made of stainless Solingen knife steel are for, specially designed for the sharp cut and care of strong tail hair! The intricate, two-surface facet grind makes these scissors exceptionally sharp for horses and a joy to use with every cut. A fine micro-serration also ensures that you have more grip when cutting the tail and the scissors do not slip. The rounded tip provides more safety when cutting. The Tail Scissors Premium is a high-quality horse accessory for frequent use and demanding tasks in the stable.
The asymmetrically shaped, ergonomic handles made of break- and impact-resistant plastic lie well and securely in the hand. Handles molded directly onto the blades ensure a particularly hygienic and stable connection. The flexibly adjustable screw connection allows for optimal tension adjustment, easy movement, and thus ensures lasting good cutting performance. Care tips for the optimal sharpness of the tail scissors
The Tail Scissors Premium would survive a round in the dishwasher, but it cleans best with warm water and a little dishwashing liquid. Scouring sponges and sharp cleaners should be avoided so that the material is not damaged and you benefit from optimal sharpness for a long time. Putting a drop of PAUL care oil into the screw slot and between the shear halves made of high-quality stainless steel every now and then always ensures pleasantly smooth cutting.
Should the tail scissors no longer cut optimally or become damaged after a very long safari tour, take advantage of our special service: we will gladly sharpen and repair the scissors or supply you with the appropriate spare parts - for more sharpness and sustainability.
We also take care of an optimal storage of scissors: In cooperation with the studio of Sibilla Pavenstedt we have developed high-quality scissor cases, which are produced by hand at the non-profit association "Made auf Veddel" in Hamburg. In addition to the cases, you will also find a storage case for smaller scissors, handmade by the studio "CARLITOS handmade".
