We went on a party safari through the jungle for you in skimpy shorts and wet khaki shirt with our homeware scissors and came back with the inspiration of a zebra, a giraffe and a leopard. Introducing: The new PAUL Safari collection! Three beautiful patterns that perfectly match the shape of these needlework scissors. A real eye-catcher in the sewing room and a great gift idea for everyone who loves zebras, leopards and giraffes. Sharp tip: For a personal message with text and symbols, there is plenty of space on the inside of the needlework scissors for an individual engraving of your choice, which you can see with every cut.
Optionally, we can lovingly package the scissors in a gift box with matching tissue paper and star confetti. This makes the safari even more fun and enjoyable!
The handwork scissors in detail
These symmetrically shaped needlework scissors are designed for light and medium use. They are extremely versatile. Thanks to the slightly wider tip, they allow precise cutting of fabrics, yarns and craft materials without much effort. These handwork scissors have stamped blades made of stainless Solingen knife steel; the single-surface precision grind ensures even cutting and lasting cutting performance.
The impact-resistant and break-proof plastic handles are symmetrical and their ergonomic design makes them comfortable to use. The material of the plastic handles is food-certified and free of harmful substances. For perfect handling of the scissors, the screw connection is flexibly adjustable and thus ensures an easy gait and a long-lasting cutting performance.

Our handmade scissors are 100% Made in Germany: For more than 130 years, the PAUL scissor manufactory has been producing the highest quality scissors in the German tradition of craftsmanship. With patience and care, we give each pair of scissors the greatest possible precision and quality at a fair price-performance ratio in our manufactory in Harsefeld.
Care tips for the optimum sharpness of needlework scissors
The handwork scissors would survive a round in the dishwasher, but they are best cleaned with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. Scouring pads and harsh cleaners should be avoided so that the material is not damaged and you benefit from optimum sharpness for a long time. Putting a drop of PAUL care oil into the screw slot and between the scissor halves made of high-quality stainless steel every now and then always ensures pleasantly smooth cutting.
If, after a very long safari tour, the hand scissors no longer cut optimally or are damaged, take advantage of our special service: we will gladly sharpen and repair the scissors or supply you with the appropriate spare parts - for more sharpness and sustainability.
We also take care of an optimal storage of scissors: In cooperation with the studio of Sibilla Pavenstedt, we have developed high-quality scissor cases that are handmade at the non-profit association "Made auf Veddel" in Hamburg. In addition to the cases, you will also find a storage case for smaller scissors handmade by the "CARLITOS handmade" studio.
