Nettis Naturkinder Scissors Set (small)
Our first contact with Nettis Naturkinder came about through our good hunting friend Stephan Hahn. Stephan also takes the pictures for the upcoming book. The idea behind it: a small "Nettis Naturkinder scissors collection".
This way, all children will receive a pair of scissors engraved with a matching forest animal motif for every outing and will be perfectly equipped for all handicraft and cooking adventures.

Nettis Naturkinder Scissors Set-S consists of, among other things, a pair of craft scissors Comfort, all scissors are engraved with great wild animal motifs and are a real eye-catcher in the matching "forest colours". The set is completed by Paulinchen kocht... our children's cooking scissors in light orange and our kitchen scissors with lever action in dark green. Last but not least, Nettis Naturkinder scissors set is completed by our bunny in a dressing gown, the flower scissors in dark green in a practical felt case. A complete set that will make the hearts of Nettis Naturkinder beat faster!
Nettis Naturkinder is a nature education project of the "Stiftung Wald und Wild in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern". The aim of the project is to introduce children from the greater Hamburg area, who have had little contact with nature until now, to it and to awaken their interest. We want to counteract the trend of alienation from nature and create a sense for biological diversity. Because experiencing nature is a joy of life. We want children to experience the forest, its exciting animals and fascinating plants with all their senses. That they understand the colourful seasons in connection with the environment and feel the different weather. Here, "grasping" in the sense of a haptic experience plays a major role. The children can pick berries and mushrooms, build a forest picture, get to know animals and let off steam. At the end there is a meditation where all the children are grounded! "Nettis Naturkinder" is a project of the Forest and Game Foundation in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the Paul Jähn Foundation with Annette von Karp.
High quality scissors for everyday use
This set consists of our bunny in a dressing gown (flower scissors + felt case) in dark green with grey felt case (article no. Osterhaeschen_Filzetui-grau_6001-dunkelgruen),a pair of handicraft scissors Komfort in different colours (article no. 806_04), a pair of kitchen scissors with lever action in dark green (article no. 979A_01), our children's cooking scissors Paulinchen kocht in light orange (article no. 990M_01).
The blades of these scissors are made of especially high-quality and rust-free Solingen stainless steel. The ergonomic plastic handles are impact and break resistant and comfortable to handle. All scissors, except for the flower shears, have a flexibly adjustable screw connection with which the tension setting can always be optimally adjusted. By the way: the flower scissors are also ideally suited for left-handers!

Care tips for the optimum sharpness of the scissors
The scissors in this collection would survive a round in the dishwasher, but they are best cleaned with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. Scouring pads and sharp cleaners should be avoided to prevent damage to the material and to ensure that the scissors remain sharp for a long time. Putting a drop of PAUL care oil into the screw slot and between the scissor halves made of high-quality stainless steel every now and then always ensures pleasantly smooth cutting.
Should one of the scissors wear out or become damaged over time and no longer cut optimally, you are welcome to use our service: we will be happy to sharpen and repair the scissors - for more sharpness and sustainability.
