This detachable kitchen scissors with special engraving "wink" is a practical all-rounder, which is very easy to clean thanks to its special lever-out function and is also visually as well as functionally a small kitchen highlight. Don't worry, there is no risk of injury when using the scissors here: the two halves only lever out when they are completely spread out and at an angle that is not reached during a normal cutting process.

The scissor blades of these divisible kitchen scissors "Zwinker" are made of stainless and particularly hard Solingen knife steel. This ensures a lasting good cutting quality, which is complemented by a single-surface special grinding: It delivers a clean cut and a high cutting force right into the tips. Especially when cutting meat, vegetables and herbs, the quality of the PAUL kitchen shears makes all the difference. But these scissors also open plastic or paper and cardboard packaging without any problems. With an optional, fine micro-serration, the cut material is also held in position, so that slipping away during cutting is avoided. This gives you more "grip" when cutting, which can be particularly practical when cooking. The lever-out function allows the scissors to be easily disassembled and cleaned.

The recess in the middle of the handles is helpful when opening twist locks or cracking nuts. A flexible adjustable screw also ensures always the right tension setting and an easy gait when cutting. The kitchen shears have impact and break resistant ergonomic plastic handles that are food certified. All our kitchen scissors are hygienic, anti-allergenic and acid resistant.

Care tips for the optimal sharpness of the detachable kitchen shears
The detachable kitchen shears would survive a round in the dishwasher, but they clean best with warm water and a little dishwashing liquid - quickly done thanks to the lever-out function. Abrasive sponges and sharp cleaners should be avoided so that the material is not damaged and you benefit from optimal sharpness for a long time. Putting a drop of PAUL care oil into the screw slot and between the scissor halves made of high-quality stainless steel every now and then always ensures pleasantly smooth cutting.

Should the kitchen scissors "Zwinker" no longer cut optimally after a long time or come to damage, take advantage of our special service: we will gladly sharpen and repair the scissors or supply you with the appropriate spare parts - for more sharpness and sustainability.

We also take care of an optimal storage of scissors: In cooperation with the studio of Sibilla Pavenstedt we have developed high-quality scissor cases, which are produced by hand at the non-profit association "Made auf Veddel" in Hamburg.
